After you successfully call the MSMQApplication.Disconnect
method on a Windows Server 2003-based computer, Microsoft Message Queuing 3.0
still accepts
incoming messages from the network.
This problem occurs because there is a delay between the
time that you call the MSMQApplication.Disconnect method and the actual time
that Message Queuing 3.0 stops accepting messages. This delay occurs
under certain conditions.
