Framework Assembler pipeline component in a pipeline in Microsoft BizTalk Server 2006 R2. Then, you set the generate xml declaration property to true. In this scenario, an XML declaration is not added to an
outgoing document. CAUSEThis problem occurs because the
Microsoft.BizTalk.Pipeline.Components.dll assembly is not working correctly. RESOLUTIONHotfix informationA supported hotfix is available from Microsoft. However, this hotfix is intended to correct only the problem that is described in this article. Apply this hotfix only to systems that are experiencing this specific problem. This hotfix might receive additional testing.
