You cannot delete the package from a distribution point of a child primary site from a central site in Systems Management Server 2003 after you install the hotfix in Knowledge Base article 936465Article ID: 954347 - View products that this article applies to. On This PageSYMPTOMSConsider the following scenario. In Systems Management Server 2003, you create a new package on the central site in a two-level hierarchy (that is, a hierarchy that has a central site and a child primary site). Then, you create a distribution point on the central site and a distribution point on the child primary site. When you try to remove both distribution points from the package on the central site, the package is removed from the distribution point of the central site. However, the package is not removed from the distribution point of the child primary site. This problem occurs if the hotfix from one of the following Microsoft Knowledge Base articles is installed on all site servers in the two-level hierarchy: 936465
