This issue may occur if you are using the High Contrast color scheme in Microsoft Windows.

To resolve this issue, configure the color scheme to not use high contrast in Windows:

1.	Click Start, point to Settings, and then click Control Panel.
2.	Double-click Accessibility Options.
3.	Click the Display tab.
4.	Click to clear the Use High Contrast check box.
5.	Click OK.
