The following article describes how to troubleshoot customer issues by using Analysis Manager and by using OLAP.
Microsoft Project 2002The customer must have the following software installed to correctly troubleshoot issues by using Analysis Manager and OLAP:
Microsoft Office Project 2003The customer must have the following software installed to correctly troubleshoot issues by using SQL Analysis Manager and OLAP:
OLAP RequirementsThe customer must have a Microsoft Windows User Account that is part of the OLAP Administrators Group or the Administrators Group.
This account must be entered in Microsoft Project Server COM+ Settings tool (Pscomplus.exe). The Microsoft Project Server COM+ Settings tool provides the name of a user account that is impersonated by a COM+ program to make it possible for Project Server to connect to the Analysis Services and Microsoft SharePoint Team Services-based computer for OLAP access, SharePoint Team Services administration, and SharePoint Team Services database access. Note that the name of a user account is in the DomainName\UserName format.

Allow time for the Cube to generate. This may take longer than you expect depending on how much data has to be processed.
