This Support WebCast will discuss some of the common issues and the troubleshooting steps to resolve those issues when you use the new Microsoft Exchange Management Pack for Microsoft Operations Manager (MOM) 2005. This WebCast will also discuss some of the best practices to use with the Exchange Management Pack for MOM.

Irfan Soomro has been with Microsoft for more than four years supporting various versions of Microsoft Exchange Server. He is currently a member of the Exchange Escalation Services team.
