This Microsoft Support WebCast will discuss the Exchange Server 2003 Management Pack for Microsoft Operations Manager (MOM) 2005 and how to troubleshoot some common issues. Also, this webcast will discuss the Exchange Server 2003 Service Pack 2 (SP2) Management Pack update for MOM 2005 that was released in November 2005. This webcast will discuss the new features and improvements that are included in the Exchange Server 2003 SP2 Management Pack update.

Irfan Soomro has been with Microsoft for more than four years supporting various versions of Microsoft Exchange Server. He is currently a member of the Exchange Escalation Services team.
