Doug Jessen has been a support engineer with Microsoft for eight years. He currently works with Enterprise Business Applications Support on the Office Deployment team. He provides both proactive and reactive installation and deployment support for the Microsoft Office family of products. This support engineer position also includes patching strategies and update management for the Microsoft Office family of products.
