Online Support WebCasts
Support WebCasts is a product support information service offered to all online support customers. Watch live presentations given by Microsoft experts, and participate in live Q&A chat sessions following each presentation. If you are unable to attend a session, simply go to our archive and watch a recording of it using Microsoft Windows Media Player.
