The session will include information about how to install and configure the update, the feature set that it introduces, and the effect that it has on Outlook and other programs. We will also present a brief overview of how other messaging technologies are addressing security. Scott Bradley is a Support Professional in the Messaging Unit of Product Support Services and has been with Microsoft support since December 1990. As one of the first members of the Outlook support team, he has been involved in each release of Outlook from Outlook 97 through the current Outlook 2000 product. In addition to the traditional responsibilities of a Support Professional, Scott is actively involved in support readiness and product improvement for Outlook.
