Lara has been working for Microsoft for almost two years in the Product Support group. She supports Microsoft Windows platforms and Internet Explorer for both the premier and professional segments and is an MCSE. Lara is currently the NetMeeting Beta Support Lead and works with the NetMeeting development team.
