This presentation addresses 5 of the top 10 or 15 usability issues commonly dealt with by the Office and Consumer Support (OCS) Team, Product Support Services in Canada. Future WebCasts will look at other issues.

Alain Brunet is a Software Support Specialist who has worked with PSS Canada since January 1999. He currently supports Word, PowerPoint, Publisher, Picture It!, Greetings, Home Publishing, Works, Photo Draw, Visual Basic for Applications, Office Setup and Installation (in French and English) on both the Macintosh and personal computer operating systems.
