FIX: QASF Does Not Support VIDEOINFOHEADER2 for Windows Media Digital Rights Management FilesArticle ID: 823738 - View products that this article applies to. SYMPTOMSWhen you use the Microsoft Windows Media DirectX Reader filter to play back content, you may notice distorted playback when you play certain types of Windows Media files that have been protected with Windows Media Digital Rights Management (DRM). Some files that may have playback issues include but are not limited to:
CAUSEThe QASF filter does not correctly support the VIDEOINFOHEADER2 structure for files that have been protected with DRM. RESOLUTION
