On This PageSYMPTOMSWhen you upgrade a Microsoft Windows Server 2003-based computer that is running Services for Macintosh to Windows Server 2003 Service Pack (SP) 1, Apple Macintosh-based computers may stop responding when you try to browse a Services for Macintosh shared folder. This problem typically occurs when you access the shared folder by using a browse utility such as Sherlock on a computer that is running Mac OS version 9.2.2 or an earlier version. RESOLUTIONHotfix informationA supported hotfix is available from Microsoft. However, this hotfix is intended to correct only the problem that is described in this article. Apply this hotfix only to systems that are experiencing this specific problem. This hotfix might receive additional testing.
