Symptoms
You may experience the following issues when you use Microsoft Lync 2010 in a Lync Online and Exchange Online environment.
Issue 1
In the Lync 2010 contact list, the wrong picture is displayed for a contact. Additionally, the name and other detailed information about the contact may be incorrect.
Issue 2
When you search for a contact, Lync 2010 may display an incorrect picture of the contact, or display an unrelated result. Additionally, the name and other detailed information about the contact may be incorrect.
Issue 3
When you receive an instant message from a user, the conversation window may display another user. Additionally, the name and other detailed information about the contact may be incorrect.
Resolution
To resolve these issues, install the following update:
