You will want to perform the steps in this Resolution section after you have fixed the Microsoft Dynamics SL data issues. You can review KB 2931999 to see how to correct these data issues.

After correction of Microsoft Dynamics SL data issues, the Management Reporter data mart must be integrated again by using these steps.

Resolution

To fix this issue, follow these steps:

  1. Open the Management Reporter Configuration Console.
  2. Click SL Integration under ERP Integrations.
  3. Click Disable Integration.
  4. Click Remove in the upper-right corner to remove integration.
  5. Exit the Configuration Console.
  6. Open SQL Server Management Studio.
  7. Back up the Management Reporter database.
  8. Back up the data mart (usually DDM or ManagementReporterDM) database.
  9. Delete the data mart database (This step will need to select the check box to close existing connections in SQL to delete the database).
  10. Open the Configuration Console.
  11. Stop the Management Reporter 2012 Process Service.
  12. Stop the Management Reporter 2012 Application Service.
  13. Start the Management Reporter 2012 Application Service.
  14. Start the Management Reporter 2012 Process Service.
  15. Go to File > Configure.
  16. Choose Add Microsoft Dynamics SL Data Mart.
  17. Follow the steps for the Dynamics SL provider at Microsoft Management Reporter: Installation, Migration, and Configuration Guides.
  18. When you are finished, make sure that you click the Enable Integration button in the Configuration Console.
