Microsoft distributes Microsoft SQL Server 2008 and 2008 R2 fixes as one downloadable file. Because the fixes are cumulative, each new release contains all the hotfixes and all the security fixes that were included with the previous SQL Server 2008 and 2008 R2 fix release.
Symptoms
Consider the following scenario:

You install Microsoft SQL Server 2008 Reporting Services for Microsoft SQL Server 2008 Service Pack 2 (SP2) Cumulative update 1.

You create a report server project in Microsoft SQL Server 2008 Business Intelligence Development Studio (BIDS).

You create a Tablix data region in the report. A page break occurs in the Tablix data region. For example, a page break is inserted in the Tablix data region because the page size is constrained, or you insert a logical page break in the Tablix data region.

You export the report to a Portable Document Format (PDF) file or a Tagged Image File Format (TIFF) file.
In this scenario, you receive the following error message:
An item with the same key has already been added.
Additionally, the PDF or TIFF file does not open if you try to open it.
