Microsoft distributes Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2 Service Pack 1 fixes as one downloadable file. Because the fixes are cumulative, each new release contains all the hotfixes and all the security fixes that were included with the previous SQL Server 2008 R2 Service Pack 1 fix release.
Symptoms
Consider the following scenario:

You use Microsoft Connector 1.1 for SAP BI in a package of Microsoft SQL Server 2012 Integration Services (SSIS 2012) or Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2 Integration Services (SSIS 2008 R2) to extract data from SAP Business Warehouse (BW).

The SSIS package contains multiple data flow tasks that are configured to run in parallel.

You execute the SSIS package.
In this scenario, a data flow task in the SSIS package stops responding. And, you receive the following error message in the SSIS package:
The component is waiting for a notification
Cause
This issue occurs because the execution of one of the data flow tasks loses server notifications. And, the execution of another data flow task receives unexpected notifications.
Resolution
To resolve this issue, make sure that the packages are running on the same computer.
Note By design, the packages are not supported when they run across multiple computers.
