Summary
Cumulative update packages for Microsoft SharePoint Foundation 2013 contain hotfixes for the SharePoint Foundation 2013 issues that were fixed since the release of SharePoint Foundation 2013.
Note This is build 15.0.4535.1000 of the cumulative update package.

Assume that you add a "Multiple lines of text" column and a "Person or Group" column to a SharePoint 2013 list. Then, you add some text to the "Multiple lines of text" column. After you add more than one user to the "Person or Group" column, the text in the "Multiple lines of text" column is not displayed.

How to obtain the cumulative update package for SharePoint Foundation 2013
A supported hotfix is available from Microsoft. However, this hotfix is intended to correct only the problem that is described in this article. Apply this hotfix only to systems that are experiencing the problem described in this article. This hotfix might receive additional testing.
