Symptoms
The following issues occur in the Microsoft Lync 2010 client on a computer that has the November 2014 update for Lync 2010 (KB3006209) installed:

Many blank lines are displayed in the pull-down list of the Call menu.

When you share a Microsoft Excel workbook with another user, the Sharing tab at the top of the shared window is not displayed.

When you add the SIP address of another user to your contact list, the contact details window contains no content except a vertical white stripe in the middle. Additionally, you cannot close the window even though the window has a Close button.
Note These issues occur in the Japanese version of Lync 2010, and they may also occur in the Korean and Chinese versions.
Resolution
To resolve these issues, install the July 2015 update for Lync 2010 (KB3072611).
