The Bluetooth File Transfer Wizard is missing from the Communications menu in Microsoft Windows XP Service Pack 2 (SP2). To locate the Communications menu, click Start, point to All Programs, and then point to Communications.
By default, when you upgrade your Windows XP-based computer to Windows XP SP2, third-party or OEM files are not updated or overwritten. This issue may occur when the following conditions are true:
To work around this issue, use one of the following methods.
Method 1: Use the /o command-line switchTo overwrite the third-party or OEM files without a prompt, use the /o command-line switch when you run the Setup program for Windows XP SP2.
