Unable to use the product key in my office 2010 student trial
I downloaded office 2010 student trial version for the microsoft web site. When it asked me for the product key I clicked on it, and it gave me an error message
Office 2010 purchased a product key, but do not have discs to install

Office 2010 product key is invalid
Every time I enter my product key (for example, when trying to get support), I am told that it is invalid. This happens over and over again. This occurs in all Office modules. Please advise.
