Junk E-mail rules won't run automatically
My co-worker is running Outlook 2007. For whatever reason, he is receiving thousands of e-mails every day from a Google Groups mailing list that he is not part of. I initially added messages from this
Is there a way to setup a junk email rule that filters email subjects that have characters from another language?
If a person receives an email that has characters from another language, is there a way to filter these types of emails with a rule that sends it to junk email? I am using Office 2007.

Subject line on messages in the Junk E-Mail file is garbage
When I look a the messages in the Junk E-Mail file on one of my machines has unreadable junk in the titles. On the other machine they are okay. Both are Windows 7 systems running 2010 Outlook systems.
