Inserting sounds with transitions
My show works fine with the dissolve transitions. But when I add a sound file, the whole show stops. The music plays on, but the slides do not dissolve, or even change.

PowerPoint crashes when I attempt to insert wmv video. I am running PP 2010 (version 14.0.6112.5000, 32 bit) using Windows 7 (64 bit) (machine A). I have a lot of wmv videos that I created using
When saved as video, transitions/animation speed up.
When exporting a PowerPoint 2010 presentation as wmv video, any animation and transitions speed up. Anyone else having that problem, or have suggestions to fix it? Thanks.

The desired sequence of events is as follows. Slide fades in smoothly to the first frame of the video clip paused from previous slide. (Works fine) Text fades in automatically as an animation effect.
