System Performance
A year ago, when I bought this computer, my PC's performance is greater than XP but now much slower than XP. What should I do?

System Information shows incorrect computer
When I look in control panel/system it shows this computer as a dv6700 when it is in fact a dv6930. It also shows a 2.7 for my RAM score. Pretty sure my 4gb used to rank in the 4's. What can be done

HOW TO COMPLETLY CLEAR COMPUTER NOT SYSTEM RESTORE
