Vista Weather/Region Sidebar Control Panel Gadget Icon
I accidentally uninstalled the Vista Sidebar Weather Gadget icon from the Control Panel display menu. It is now missing from the choices. How do I reinstall it?
My Icons and Windows and Sidebar Gadgets on Desktop are suddenly very small.
The electricity went out, and when we restarted the computer (Dell) all the desktop icons and windows and my sidebar gadgets are extremely small. Can you help me change them all back to normal size?

I want to add the gadget sidebar to my desktop. When I right click the option for Gadgets does not appear. How can I add the gadget sidebar?
At one time I had the gadget sidebar on my desktop. I removed all the gadgets a while back but now I want them back again. The instructions say to right click on the desktop and select gadgets.
