No program files any more under
Start menu is not showing all the programs under all programs menu and some program I pined on start menu dose not appear correctly.. when I click on them a messsage comes as

I uninstalled a program off my computer, but failed to delete the icon off the desktop first. Now I can't delete the icon becuase it says it can't find the file. Is there a way to delete the Icon now
