Can not set pictures as Wall Paper
I having problems trying to set pictures as my backgroung wall paper, the only thing I can get as a backgroung is solid colors not even the pictures from windows. I have window vista the first version
Desktop wall paper stuck on Stretch.
Cannot position desktop background. Can change background but cannot tile. background fixed at stretch (fulll screen) Cannot change. Was working fine yesterday.
