You have identified that you are using the following programs.

Operating system: Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows Millennium Edition, or Windows NT 4.0
Browser: Internet Explorer 5, 6, or 7

If this is correct, unfortunately, your version of Windows is no longer supported, and the troubleshooting steps in this article will not work for you. Your best option might be to upgrade your version of Windows. This might also mean that you have to upgrade your computer.
