1. Click the Microsoft Office Button , and then click Program Name Options, where Program Name is the name of the program you are in, for example, Word Options.
2. Click Resources, and then click About.

For products in the classic operating system (OS)

1. Start the program.
2. Click the Apple on the menu bar.
3. On the Apple menu, click About Microsoft Application.

4. The Product ID (PID) will be displayed at the bottom of the new window.
