Cannot Explore Folders in NetHood Folder

SYMPTOMS

If you create a folder in the Windows\NetHood folder and try to view it using Network Neighborhood, you see another item instead of the folder you are trying to view.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Windows 95. We are researching this problem and will post new information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
