SYMPTOMS

Many of the controls, such as volume, treble, and base, on Creative Mixer version 4.3 (an audio mixer program that ships with the Creative Labs Sound Blaster AWE32) work incorrectly in Windows 95, even though the controls work correctly in Windows version 3.1 or Windows for Workgroups version 3.11.

CAUSE

Creative Labs Windows 3.1 Creative Mixer is not compatible with Windows 95.

Contact Creative Labs for an updated version of Creative Mixer.
