When a resource is assigned to a task and uses a calendar with different
hours available per day than are available in the base project for that
project, the progress bar on that task may not look correct.
CAUSE
This may occur when the following conditions are true:
Complete Through is computed by taking the finish minus the remaining duration. When a resource has more hours available per day than the base calendar for the project, for example, it is possible for the Complete Through value to be evaluated to a value that is before the start of a task which would cause the task's progress bar to be invisible. WORKAROUND
To work around this problem, use the following steps to alter the bar
styles for the progress bar so that they are visible:
