Organization Chart: Can't Draw Vertical Line with Kurta Tablet

SYMPTOMS

If you use a Kurta graphics tablet, you may be unable to draw a vertical line using the line drawing tool in Microsoft Organization Chart 2.0. You will only be able to draw horizontal or diagonal lines.

CAUSE

This problem will occur if you are using the Kurta driver for Windows 95 version 1.36 and you set the tracking mode to absolute.

RESOLUTION

1.Click the Start button and point to Control Panel.
2.Click the Kurta tablet icon.
3.Click the Tracking tab.
4.Change the tracking mode from Absolute to Relative.
