SYMPTOMS

When you drag a Microsoft Team Manager .mtp file to a printer icon on a computer that is running Windows 95 or Windows NT 4.0, you may receive the following message
This file does not have a program associated with it for performing this action. Create an association in My Computer by clicking View and then clicking Options.
However, when you create an association with Microsoft Team Manager, the message continues to appear when you drag the .mtp plan to the printer icon.

CAUSE

This behavior occurs when you use Windows Explorer to drag the file to a printer icon in the Printers folder.

RESOLUTION

To print the team file, open it in Microsoft Team Manager, and click Print on the File menu.
