When you run Microsoft Exchange Server on Windows NT Server version 4.0, you might see the following error:
Error 71: No more connections can be made to this remote computer at this time because there are already as many connections as the computer can accept.
One possible cause for this error is that the NT Server was installed from the MSDN Select CD. This version of NT Server has a 10 client connection limit.
