SUMMARY

This article contains a process for converting multiple items on a Publisher 97 page into a single CompuServe Graphics Interchange Format (.gif) file.

MORE INFORMATION

  1. Create a new, blank Web page publication.
  2. Use the Table tool to create a one cell table that covers the page.
  3. Put anything you want into this table cell (for example, picture frames, text frames, or drawing objects).
  4. On the File menu, click Publish to Folder.
  5. Choose a destination folder and click OK.
After Publisher converts your presentation to a Web Page, the destination folder contains a GIF image of your entire page.

This method works because Publisher 97 saves each table as a GIF image.

APPLIES TO
