SUMMARY

You cannot export Windows Address Book (WAB) entries from Internet Mail into Windows Messaging. However, you can import Personal Address Book (.pab) entries from Windows Messaging into Internet Mail.

Internet Mail is currently the only program that can use the Windows Address Book format.
