When you use the Microsoft Web Browser control on a form in Microsoft
Access 97, the control retains its original size even when you open the
form in Design view and resize the control.
RESOLUTION
Remove the Web Browser control from the form and replace it with a new one
that is the correct size. To do so, follow these steps:

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Internet
Explorer version 3.01.
