The CABFILE Viewer is a new utility for Windows 95 that is used to browse
the contents of a cabinet file. This utility allows you to see what files
are compressed in the cabinet, without extracting each file.
MORE INFORMATION
Once the CABFILE Viewer is installed, it creates a file association for
cabinet files. It is this association that allows you to open the cabinet
file in a window and view its contents.
NOTE: The CABFILE Viewer utility works in Windows 95 and Windows NT 4.0. To Install the CABFILE Viewer:Note the generic icon associated with the *.cab files before installing the CABFILE Viewer. After installing, the icon will change.
