When you use the Insert Address feature in Microsoft Word 97 to insert an
address from a Microsoft Outlook 97 contact, you may not get a full address
inserted.
CAUSE
The address information in the selected Contact has not been registered
properly in the Contact folder and you are using an AddressLayout AutoText
entry in Word to define the address format.
RESOLUTION
To force registration of the Contact, follow these steps:

If you installed the Word Address Book on the computer, this problem
usually is related to an imported Contact file in combination with the use
of the AddressLayout AutoText that redefines the data to be displayed. If you did not install the Word Address Book, follow the steps below.

Steps to Reproduce the ProblemTo reproduce this behavior, in Outlook, import a contact file from another program and in Word set up an AddressLayout AutoText entry.
