SYMPTOMS

The Handheld PC (H/PC) Inbox folders listed in the H/PC Inbox Transfer dialog box on your desktop computer are not the same as the actual Inbox folders on your H/PC.

This behavior can occur when you create, delete, or move an H/PC Inbox folder while the H/PC Inbox Transfer dialog box is open on your desktop computer. The H/PC Inbox folders listed in the H/PC Inbox Transfer dialog box are not updated dynamically.

RESOLUTION

To refresh the H/PC Inbox folder lists, close and then open the H/PC Inbox Transfer dialog box again.
