To search for multiple files with a single search, follow these steps:
- Click the Start button, point to Find, and then click Files Or Folders.
- In the Named box, type all or part of the name you want to search for.
For example, to search for all files with the .bat extension, type:

semicolon (;). For example:
This search lists all files ending in .bat or .sys, and the Win.ini
file in the target location.
- In the Look In box, click the location you want to search.
- Click Find Now.
