FIX: Bound Controls Built in Visual Basic 5.0 Do Not Work in Visual Basic 4.0 IDE

SYMPTOMS

Bound controls built with Visual Basic 5.0 may not correctly display data when used in the Visual Basic 4.0 development environment.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a bug in the Microsoft products listed at the beginning of this article. This bug has been fixed in Visual Studio 97 Service Pack 2.
