In Microsoft Outlook 97, when someone other than the original author moves
or changes a message in a public folder, the From field of the message
continues to show the original author's name.

Microsoft Exchange Client provides a Changed By field that contains the
name of the last person to move or change an e-mail or public folder
message. However, Outlook 97 does not provide this field.

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Outlook 97. This problem
was corrected in Microsoft Outlook 98.
