Money 2006 and earlier versions do include Internet Explorer Setup on the CD. During the initial setup of Money, Internet Explorer is installed unless a newer version is already present on the computer.
By design, you cannot stop the installation of Internet Explorer or choose to exclude the installation of Internet Explorer. Money requires the version of Internet Explorer that includes 128-bit security to function correctly.
