When you try to view the Temporary Internet Files folder on a shared
network drive, or in a specific user's local Temporary Internet Files
folder, you may see the files in your local Temporary Internet Files folder instead.
To work around this behavior, log on to the appropriate computer locally
as the user whose temporary Internet files you want to view.
This behavior is by design.
