SYMPTOMS

When you compose a message in Offline mode and choose Send Later, your computer may appear to stop responding (hang), or the Connect To dialog box may appear.

CAUSE

This problem can occur when Outlook Express attempts to create a message ID, but is unable to do so because you are in Offline mode.

STATUS

This problem has been resolved in Outlook Express version 4.01.
