When you attempt to log on to your computer running Windows NT using "Logon
Using Dial-up Networking option", you are not prompted with the "Operator
Assisted or Manual Dial" dialog box even though you have the operator
assisted or manual dialing option selected in the Dial-Up Networking
properties.
