Err Msg: An Error Occurred in the Secured Channel Support

SYMPTOMS

When you attempt to access a Netscape Enterprise Server from Internet Explorer using a Verisign Client certificate, you may receive the following error message:
An error occurred in the secured channel support
When you click Close, the connection to the Netscape Enterprise Server is terminated.

RESOLUTION
